planning. The business continuity management and consulting focus has been on corporate data centers, financial
institutions, business operations, and city and county government. In these complex environments, he completed and
tested more than 100 contingency plans. Technical background includes hazard identification and mitigation planning,
facility management, physical security, emergency preparedness and life safety, technology and business recovery planning.
In previous positions include corporate management and consulting with Fortune 100 and 500 corporations.
FEMA Region VIII, DAE Mitigation Specialist he assists with federal disaster declarations. Bill has active certifications as MBCP, CORM, CDOM, CDCS, and CDCP. In addition to corporate planning Bill has been teaching for more than 8 years,
is an instructor, and training partner with The International Consortium for Organizational Resilience.
Bob Chaffee
Consultant, (Law Enforcement)
30 years experience in law enforcement, major event planning and management, and emergency planning with Colorado
State University Police. Involvements included; Larimer County LEPC, CSU Emergency Management and Preparedness,
Homeland Security and Colorado OEM grant administration, and involvement in multi-cultural awareness and education
groups while at CSU. Bob retired as Patrol Captain with CSU and works part time with CSU Training and Organizational
Development to update emergency protocols for Building Proctors.
